At Tidy Pawz, we have a

"NO CALL, NO SHOW POLICY"

​

If you do not show up to your set appointment time, and/or you fail to give us a 24 hour cancellation notice, this will be considered a "NO CALL, NO SHOW" which will result in a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.

​

1st Offense: 50% of service price

​

2nd Offense: 75% of service price per dog

​

After the 2nd offense, client will be required to pay the Full Price at time of booking for all future appointments. 

           

Our grooming staff is commission based. As a result, NO SHOWS directly impact their pay.

We understand life happens, but please be respectful and considerate when scheduling your appointment.
